Spring 2014 Color Trends from Pantone

Pantone has released the 2014 Fashion Color Report, forecasting their picks for next year’s hot hues. And – if history serves – one of them will become their choice for color of the year. The contenders: Placid Blue, Violet Tulip, Hemlock, Paloma, Sand, Freesia, Cayenne, Celosia Orange, Radiant Orchid and Dazzling Blue. Dazzling Blue is definitely a favorite in home decor at retail in the US and Europe; but could it be purple’s year? Which one you think they should choose? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
