Today’s Track – Someone’s Calling, Modern English

I’m going on a mini-road trip today with colleagues from work. We’re driving from Manhattan to Connecticut to do a bit of shopping at Terrain and a couple other cute home stores in the area. And if I were picking the soundtrack (which I actually hope I am…), I’d offer up this upbeat cut as a grand example of music from my generation that    one might assume was recorded today by some new band of Millennial hipsters. Someone’s Calling by Modern English from the album After the Snow, 1982.
